Usually arrive in main hub = at local place already, right ?

Ugh.. this is my status of mine:

01-Nov-2011 Order Received
01-Nov-2011 Work in Progress
03-Nov-2011 Manufacturing Build Complete
04-Nov-2011 Ship from Factory
04-Nov-2011 In Transit
04-Nov-2011 Uplift
05-Nov-2011 Arrived in Main Hub

But the bagpack was received yesterday without any call from them also :\

But do they call you?

Last time i purchased from Dell, they did call me. This time like no sound one... weird...

Well, yesterday was 2pm reached my home. I hope later also around that time cause this morning no one at home, lol ...

But the box of my bag was so dented ... lucky inside only bag, no fragile thing...

Mine ETA was actually tomorrow but just now I checked again, it changed to 22nd about one hour ago without notify me also.

I hope tomorrow can get it, ugh...

Added on November 14, 2011, 10:49 amMake a call to Dell @ 10th Nov and said the laptop already arrived in Malaysia.

Check the order status, showing 5th Nov cleared custom and 9th Nov arrived in main hub.

Today @ 14th Nov call up again and the CS said the laptop was going to ship from China today.
Then I told her the situation on 10th and she said she will check again.

What a good customer service

Yet they said 10th Nov already in my area, just need to wait... today still no sound, zzz ...

Dell's customer service also quite bad in the tracking system ...

At least have some tracking number for us also ok =.=ll The order status on the site kinda useless ...
