haha,i am a newbit of dryice,so i use in K7 first, i will put in K8, and i want ask,why i use this dry ice, this thunter bird 1G only can oc 1333MHZ?if my over than 1333,this NF-7S will auto drop to 1333MHZ any expert can tell me? blush.gif

Y not use Stainless Steel. U can custom order 1 from performance car exhaust shops. THey can make the tube out of stainless steel piping n the CPU block from a metal plate too. I know SS is not as good as copper for sure but then it's blardy cold anyway, no harm in losing sum by using SS right? Any1 tried this b4? It'll b really cheap making 1 out of SS.

im not sure whether stainless steel can do the job.
the conductivity of the metal compared to copper and aluminium is definately not as good.
not to mention the wall of it might be just too thin ><

The base isn't very flat with the holes caused during weilding the base onto the pot. Luckily the center part is clean.
