So tempting!
I wonder how much is it if we "trade in" or upgrade it from GTX 260M? |

QUOTE(Mr.Docter @ Nov 18 2010, 05:12 PM) i think i might be able to take out only graphic card from Dell. You mean by just asking Dell to change the graphics card for us by paying a certain amount of money? will conform later, but surely cheaper than eBay If that's possible it would be the best, gonna change once I get back to M'sia lol |

QUOTE(Exarkun @ Dec 2 2010, 06:32 PM) Pretty pissed at Dell at the moment. WTH!!! It gets teared that easily? After waiting for so long and finally getting my Alienware Orion Backpack from them, today i discovered that there's a tear at the left hand side strap of the bag. The bag is barely 10 days old!! GRRR!!!!! See the tear here: [attachmentid=1917312] This is the other side of the bag, all normal. [attachmentid=1917314] |

Have any of you guys experienced while playing games and once you start it, it just reverts back to your desktop?
I'll have to Alt-Tab it a few times, sometime a lot to just get back into the game! Almost of of my games are like that, wondering where did it went wrong! Maybe some settings? This post has been edited by dark_axl21: Dec 4 2010, 09:48 AM |

QUOTE(MikeX @ Dec 4 2010, 10:18 AM) Hi Dark... yeah i experience it also... seems like some desktop item running then cause the effect of bumping out to desktop screen. That's why I always have to restart my laptop, then quickly run the games after rebooting, and try not to Alt-Tab to the desktop! Wonder what's the background programs that's causing it! |

It's so hard to remove the screws!
In the end used cotton buds to clean the vents from the fan, got slightly cooler! My hand hurts! EDIT - Significant drop in temps! This post has been edited by dark_axl21: Dec 16 2010, 07:30 PM |

QUOTE(Mr.Docter @ Dec 16 2010, 07:48 PM) you seriously should documented the whole procedure so i can compile here in our Mothership. your documentation will be a good start for others to have gut too Cause the previous technician went and screw it so hard! So had to take a whole bunch of cotton buds to clean the vents by going thru the fans lol Can feel more air gushing out of the ventilation *I will take some photos the next time I open them, and before that get a better set of screwdrivers!
