QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Apr 24 2011, 09:35 AM) For me i prefer up to date map so i rely on up to date maps. In city are ovi is alright but outskirt of the city i switch to garmin I am kinda impress with the gps test of the E7. it locks so fast even faster than my Nokia N8 I agree if outskirt I also depend on garmin but in city Ovi done the wonderful job for me. Added on April 24, 2011, 9:47 amQUOTE(andrekua @ Apr 24 2011, 09:40 AM) Does Lane Assist works all the time? Heard many people complained it dont work at all or just work for very few roads. Yes, at least for me...it works when you're in highway consist of 4 or more lanes.... This post has been edited by lhooipg: Apr 24 2011, 09:47 AM

QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Apr 24 2011, 10:01 AM) Yeah once awhile in city i use ovi too but the map update just too slow. Garmin Maps are community base. Each country has their own Garmin mapmaking community. Ovi maps on the other hand are centralized. There's no ovi mapmaking community. It's all depend entirely on Navteq. Community like us can only report correction or addition in the maps, and Navteq are pretty slow in picking up the change, especially for small country like us.
