May help you with personal cargo thru tax free zones, although cigarettes & alcohol won't be tax free.

(ii)
We have been doing Group Purchases for U.S. Citizens , group shopping from China to U.S.A.
So the consolidation of goods and shipping back to M'sia may not be the fastest (Fresno CA, San Francisco CA, Houston TX, NY NY) - Not our main forte.

May be able to help if convenient, but doing simply to assist only.
