Not many people wanna spend that kind of money to stay in condo in PJ. That kind of price can get subsale landed nearby already. Plus at almost 1k units, developer am a bit too greedy. When I heard that SHC building condo of 1k units with over 1mil price tag 5 years ago, feel like wanna vomit blood.

My friend has a unit there, using as weekend home only coz parents house nearby. Condo very empty, not many ppl living there.
