I just get my Unifi installed yesterday, would like to check the devices which provided by TM understand other than BTU dect phone & router will be only 1 year warranty, if let say these 2 devices spoilt after warranty period do we need to replace back after 24 mths contract expired? And the mentioned 3 devices need to return to TM after contract expired? Thanks

I have been sour of using this damn unifi, today is the 4th day i cant connect to the internet, 3 reports have been made but problem still persist. What is this ipv6? It showing no internet access.

My problem now is the router is showing the internet light green color that means is ok, laptop also shown internet connected under network center, but cant browse any website, i'm using my phone connected with wifi also cant browse any website. Anybody has this problem? I have call n times cs but hopeless.

I'm sure is not your setting problem, i'm using my android phone & iphone connect my connection thru wifi.

These 3 days my internet light on the router shown orange color, call n times cs, today light turn to green, i thought was ok & the cs also call confirmed ok, but when i try to browse internet cannot. Try call again tonight had been told their system down, cannot log or check the report made. Damn lousy& so piss off.

After my unifi (VIP5) restored from service outage, i can't get full download & upload both speed test up to 5mb concurrently anymore (sometime download speed 1-2 mb only but upload 5 mb). Try to call the service center ask me to do troubleshoot but problem still there.
