my unifi was suppose to be installed on Oct 17th but due to technical difficulty ( the unifi box far from my house) they unable to install on that day. After more then 2 week of ding dong with them call + email , they manage to resolved the issue. They will installed on Nov 6th this coming Sat.

Hope everything goes well after almost 2 month of black out from internet due to DSL 1MB connection really bad now days.

I have another connection Vip 5 at my other house and i notice the VOD movie we need to pay RM for it no more point deduction.

sigh.

Today the installation at my aunt's house did not success due to the length from the unifi box to the house is about 500m..Therefore they can't install scared signal loss..So stupid, confidently tell us that the area is fully covered then just now tell me need to wait for a while so they can install the box at the nearest pole to the house..I guess it's gonna take some time for them..Even the old no port for streamyx has been taken for ages..I mean years..Just wasting my time..Any idea where i can vend my frustration??If there's any TM staffs or management that can assist me do pm..Thank you..

Same problem like mine huh??The thing is this all about the TM Unifi Infra..If u come to Kg Melayu Subang, the unifi box is located quite far from the house..I've already e-mail tm and i got their reply..At the same time also complain to MCMC  wink.gif

that what they said to me at first place, then i complain to them " don't you perform site visit first?" they told me they have no budget for that..lol.

They just look at the network infra in their blueprint which didn't mention that distance between the house that going to install unifi. Another thing bro what ever account you have register with Unifi previously they will not process it. They need to re register back and i don't know why especially the account name and also phone number smile.gif just a head up.

Again last Sat suppose my Unifi was installed and again they told me the same problem. Sigh

I was really unhappy with their service, Last Friday the Unifi Helpdesk call to confirm the installation tomorrow ( Sat Nov 6) and i was really happy finally they will install it.

But on Sat i waited until 1030 nobody show up or even call to confirm the installation, so i've decided to call the Unifi helpdesk to followup on? the Unifi representative will get the information and within 30 min the Ibu Sawat Telekom at Keramat call up and they said the technician will come before 12 noon.

Later on waited until 230 nobody show up or call. Again call Unifi and they helpdesk told me that they return back the order without informing me due to the distance for Unifi box are far from my house just the same case on Oct 17th. I mean WTF? how could the process the order at the first place if they know the same issue i've reported before this.

Now i need to wait from the Unifi center to update what going on.

question...registered for unifi. But have to wait until end of this month, for earliest install date. Is this normal?

its depend actually on location, availabilities and demand on your current location , usually it would took about 1 week to set an appointment for installation.
