 New employer asking for my latest payslips, wondering on why ?

Just fill in 'negotiable'

When HR ask how much is your expectation, just ask ask them back how much is their budget for the position

By stating your previous pay, you are putting yourself in a losing position already


Because I let interviewer state the budget range first, I manage I lock myself in that range
