be firm on what you want.

eg, your last pay is RM3k.
now asking for RM3.3k
if they only offer RM2.8k, do u still want the job?
if not, just turn down the offer.
why take up a job that pay lesser than the previous one?
unless, it is job satisfaction or other career advancement reason.
