omg just drink coffee or take caffeine pills lah. Why destroy the environment further with these sachets. Furthermore caffeine pills give you 150-200MG of caffeine (depending on countries) compared to merely 65MG. Also caffeine takes about 45 minutes to absorb fully, thus taking caffeine 15 minutes into your workout, would give you a spike in energy levels at the END of the workout where intensity levels are at its lowest.

Fat is stored in certain areas because of hormones. Hormones control the fat storage areas in our body. This is proven in Poliquin's Biosignature course, and he shows how to manipulate the fat in these areas with herbal extracts and minerals as well as regulation of mental health to control cortisol secretion which then leads to fat storage around the midsection.
Now if you're saying that caffeine is able to activate lipolysis in specific areas, bypassing our hormones merely by plastering a caffeine patch, can you show some research? Granted, caffeine has plenty of health benefits as well as performance benefits. My own friend has done a research checking correlation between the effects of caffeine and creatine to the athletes performance, and there's a POSITIVE correlation. However, I've NEVER heard about caffeine TARGETING fat stores. Activates fat burning hormones, thermogenesis...agreed completely. But spotting. Nope. Never read of any papers that shows that.
Perhaps you could point out these papers so we could do some studies.
