sabar lar. i got 4 set ce with him. I think he's nice enough to explain things on the phone. Imagine busy trying to clear custom stuff while kena "M-16" by us. Not easy leh. Accidents do happen and unfortunately on this time lor. But i think his attitute ok so service definitely got rooms for improvement.
