Save to your friend list, there can click and give tell at the name.
To replay tell ez way is press space bar first (to go to chat mode) and then Ctrl+R

UltimatePay you can buy the points using many option, Credit Card, paypal, ultimate game card (buy from 7-Eleven, malaysia sell or not?), western union and etc.

So never use debit card so i dunno...

eh still not confirm can pay FFXiV wih ultimate pay aaa?

I think you can, to choose Malaysia first change the USA with flag click the country link, and then choose Malaysia. After that it go to new page but don't click the center button, instead click the master visa icon at the bottom and you will go to a page that CC information with Malaysia as country with flag.
