I not sure about Verified by Visa, because that thing once block, is very hard to unblock.

What about Ultimate Pay?

is for ppl who want to pay with CC/DB directly.

When i click Add Crysta into my Account from the About Crysta, it says EUR XX.XX, so i assuming it's Euro dollar. not pound.........

Hey, in order to pay by Crysta you must register an active Service Account (register your game) with your Square Enix Account. You then choose Crysta as your payment method. After this you will see the option to 'Add Crysta' appear on the toolbar on the left under 'About Crysta' and above 'Crysta Paybook'. Click the link on the toolbar and you can choose Ultimate Pay to buy the Crysta.

no. if you can use your CC, you can pay with just CC.

Yea, Read my post about it, it says to Choose a payment Option! so yes. you may be able to pay with Credit Card.
