QUOTE(Doomsday @ Oct 20 2010, 12:27 AM) Hello, I had confusion here whether should I choose the T-mobile HD2 (1024MB of ROM) or the normal HD2 which comes with the 512MB ROM. for custom WM roms yes, it has more phone storage.Does bigger ROM like T-mobile ones gives more space for custom ROM(s) and advantages compared to the normal HD2? for android builds i dont think so, it has nothing to do with android phone storage. *based on my logic, but i think i got it right, pls correct me if im wrong okay =P |

QUOTE(mic_checkus @ Nov 25 2010, 03:36 PM) i already installed adroid in my hd2. i have problem with my contact number.it show only sim contact number, and not detect numbers on phone. when i boot to windows, there is no problem with my contact. plz advice me....tq of course you dont see phone numbers from your phone memory. Windows is shut down before Android boots up.So you see now your "phone memory" is on your SD card, totally different from what you see in WM. What you have to do is copy all the numbers in your WM phone memory and transfer them to Android phone memory. |

QUOTE(enCORe @ Nov 29 2010, 01:04 AM) Windows phone 7 is a greatest insult for true windows mobile fans imo, even (IF) they could making wp7 rom for HD2, I wouldnt bother why say so?? I thought WM7 looks nicer lol. and I thought WM7 should have the same features as previous WMs.I rather stick to my HD2 dual os Added on November 29, 2010, 2:16 am QUOTE(synchun @ Nov 29 2010, 01:57 AM) If I change from one build to another, will my data remain in my phone or do i need to backup? For eg. I'm using mdeejay Froyo Sense which contains my apps, contacts, pics, muscis and etc, and I wanna change to darkstone Froyo, what will happen to my data?? use titanium backup. all information are stored in data.img, so if u change the rom, all data will be missing.*if you copy the data.img from one ROM and replace it in another, im not sure whether it will work or not, but most likely it wont. haha. give it a shot and update us? hehe This post has been edited by ChiaKhai: Nov 29 2010, 02:16 AM |
