err i thought that always been there before....

the last time i update it remove that tab...no more ram management tab, it only show summary tab

never heard of any set restart before..

what firmware and what the last thing you did before the restart thing happen, especially things that involve with the system folder (rooting, themeing, etc etc)

i really really feeling the heat of froyo now.... my JPC samsung apps today notified me 5 updates, asphalt, krazy kart, vlingo and etc, seems they already made that compatible with froyo

really need to advice people that are buying to check the recovery and download mode when buying/received

im using the gadgetshieldz

1) i beg the differ about the back cover, it think it does fully cover the back, if you see the diagrams of other expensive model such as ZAGG with FULL coverage, you can see it is the same pattern, while i do agree the screen is SUCK big time

2) what kind of smudges are you talking about? the first time after i apply it does seems like fingerprint will be everywhere but as time goes by the fingerprint magnet just go away, dont know how.

3) this i do agree, plus you also will get some kinda rainbow effect, kinda hate it

4) yupe not smooth for swyping

5) im using it nearly a month now, no, it does not scratch easily, even my psp using gadgetshieldz doesnt have scratches on it after only god know how many month.

you must be some hardcore user for the to scratches only after two weeks


if you are searching for new protector i recommend Phantomskinz cause it come with chrome protector too, i think i will order it to replace the screen

err i want to help, but i afraid if something happen i dont want to take responsibility............ and it take quite sometime (2 weeks for gadgetshieldz to be in my hand) for it to arrive

you didnt hold the button the correct way my is, left hand hold the volume and the phone, right hand thumb hold the home button, after im sure does two are press, use right index finger to hold the power button, keep them pressing until 3 second or so after the GTi9000 screen come out

+1, i also will add sony ericsson headset cant be use with SGS ,

on XDA the 1st post say some people bought the phone and had the JPH already install in them... so samsung release phone with BETA firmware to people as a test subject?

kinda scared to download right now... seems like SamFirm still uploading it.. how new this firmware anyway? think should wait couple of hours incase got some problem?

well news on XDA say got problem with the firmware from SamFirm, maybe have to wait for new .pit file.... but some got it working

err.. i dont think we SGS ever touching anything with radio before... you could try checking at setting > wireless > mobile networks, check the network mode is auto or 3G and try to check access point names, for digi internet, the apn should be diginet, who know maybe you are using WAP 2.0 as access point right

as long as you have the access to the recovery and download mode, i dont think much can happen, just follow the guide, and dont be a smart ass trying things you dont know much about

are talking about JPH firmware? just flashed it now, weird thing is, it didnt wipe out my phone, im from JPC to JPH, double check the firmware my phone say JPH, so lucky me....
