just to share.... yesterday before lunchtime Maxis CS called, saying that my application cannot be done as my area not covered.
I told her that on Maxis website my condo is listed. She ask me for the URL
I added that that many of my neighbours have Unifi and one neighbour opposite block has Maxis Home Fibre.
She then said she'll check.
CS did call back after lunch saying that now my area is covered. My installation date 6th July.
She then gave my phone number asking if I like the number or want to choose another. I asked if can have the same last 4digit as my Maxis mobile. She checked and then confirmed than the number I want is available
I guess I can now submit to TM to cancel my phone line and streamyx, yes?
