just got my maxis fibre installed this morning. both maxis and TM technician came to install. TM technician came to do cabling and provide modem. Maxis technician came to provide phone, router and account details.

Maxis are renting TM's infrastructure. So basically if unifi is down, maxis will be down as well. same goes to P1 and the coming soon celcom/digi home fibre.

so far satisfied with the service and speed. no regrets

average speed 9mbps.
maxis only provide the router and cordless phone. the rest all from TM.

yup.. any problem will have to call maxis and they will check if need to contact TM or not. however the technician who installed mine just now is so kind. he let me keep his number and ask me to call him first if any problem. he will come n check if need to call maxis customer service or not.
