I am having the exact problem! it just started yesterday or the day before. Aside from having to refresh multiple times, even now I cannot load the google home page, however when i use my browser toolbar to googlesearch, it goes to the search result page fast. Similarly I cannot load main pages of a lot of websites, having instead to google a particular page from that website and then clicking on that linkOnce connected - it is very fast. Had the same problem when going on wifi through my nokia, having to keep refreshing, but today it stopped working on my phone all together.
This is really terrible.
