hey.... this looks way better than unifail, price n all. Do they provide the router too?? is it as faulty as the one provided by unifail? Read from unifail thread, the router provided there will kaput under intense load. Finger crossed on coverage n FUP.

Don't think the online registration thingy works. I did that on the 2nd day the promotion was announced. Waited 10 days still nothing then fed-up only went to maxis reseller to register. Still waiting 4 a call now.......Been 8 working days since i went to maxis reseller.

Fukin Heeelll. I go maxis dealer in ss2 register on 31st may. Up till yesterday still no call from maxis to schedule installation date. Just now i call the 1800 maxis fiber no. The woman on the line say they have no record of my registration.

I told her the name of the dealer and address and she say she will pass my "case" to a higher department who will contact the dealer to see what happened to my registration. Niamania. 2 weeks wasted.

Finally, after 3 weeks from initial registration at the SS2 maxis dealer, maxis gave me a call to confirm with me the installation date. Its on 4th August . I tried to ask the fella on the line to push me up to an earlier date. I am willing to install on weekdays. He says wekdays also pretty much fully booked for my area. My only chance 4 an earlier date is thru postponement from users up the queue. I'm from damansara area. ZZZZZ
