i want to register for this and gave a call to maxis. they said to walk into their maxis center to register and cant do online. must walk in. you guys walk in too?

question here....lets say i have everything setup nicely...and i downloading things on the internet....suddenly someone ring the maxis phone, will my internet get disconnected or should it still say connected and people can still chat normally on phone?

well i am on streamyx but my phone is dedicated for internet only so no 1 knows the number and no 1 calls in. so im just curious. so when someone call in should still be able to surf and talk same time with out a problem la....

i register on the 28/5 at mc and i called today just to check if they have my records. yes they have and told me the installation date will be on mid august! thats like 2 months. i asked why so long and they said its a queue system. oh well its no rush for me after all

man.....i register at plaza oug maxis dealer on the 4/6 and until now no call. so i call maxis ask where is my application going up till now. to my shocking they said they didn't receive my application i made on the 4th. i had to give them the registration number, which dealer did i apply with and now they will check....man this will take longer now...

im quite amazed with the amount of "lost" case to customer who submitted earlier. i am one of the victim too. I register for my father house on 4th june at the nearest maxis dealer near my father house. i called last week they dont have my record at their sytem and will create a case to question the dealer. today i called again and they said the case no update...so i lost hope and decided to go to the official maxis center in Garden MV to do another registration for my father house. i already told the person who help me sign up today about my case and they said dont worry about it as they will stil go on with my registration today. Its been 2 weeks since i register with the dealer and they dont have my record for maxis home registration.

Also i also got register maxis home for my own house. today just got a called from Maxis about my installation and it will be August 15!! My area is bandar kinrara....oh well im not in a hurry after all so i can live with it.

What i am not happy is how come my father house registration lost....may be its best not to register with dealer and just go for the offical maxis center
