How come yours is superbly fast?  notworthy.gif

Did they call you to tell you your new home number and then only call you again to fix installation appointment?
How is the procedure? Please share with us.
*
I started calling their CS 2nd day, 3rd day, 4th day after i have registered and on the 4th day they called me regarding installation date.

I guess the more you disturb then then they will arrange your installation more faster, least you call will not be priority for them since you do not call.....

First you need 3 free plug socket, 1 for modem(provided/Supplied by TM Unifi installer) , 1 for Router(provided by Maxis) , 1 for phone(provided by Maxis)
Modem is lifetime warranty, phone & router is 1 year.

installation takes around 30 minutes for highrise building. No hacking and wiring needed.

No IPTV compare to Maxis FTTH that why maxis is cheaper. If they provide iptv same as UNIFI i will terminate my unifi...but useless  sweat.gif

Well, Maxis FTTH IPTV coming soon. I think their programming will be shared with TM UniFi.

As for TM IPTV variety... blame SKMM for allowing Assteruk to make content provider sign clauses that prevent them from selling their programming to others as well (I've said this before: in Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand, assteruk's move is illegal and can get assteruk sued by fair trade commission).

To be fair tho, TM does have some good channels. For example, SyFy.

Quality, well, no rain fade unless it's a monsoon at TM's dish farm. Your call.
*
Well, didn't know unifi iptv have SyFy, i have changed to Maxis FTTH yesterday anyway.

or maybe u previously are using UNIFI too, so the process to pull the fiber optic to ur unit is not required?
*
yup unifi to Maxis FTTH, from my apartment junction box to my unit is still on cooper but just a very short distance.

10mbps will not effect much unless our provider have 100mbps then i might ask them to tarik fiber to my unit.

What do you expect?
10Mbps download speed?

Internet speed and download speed is different lah my friend.

To get download speed.....
Internet speed/8=download speed
10Mbps/8=1.25Mbps

So your download speed is good. rclxub.gif

Why go through the hassle to modify & installing cable when you can go cabless.......
