Don't think there are any on gigabyte card

Opened up my rig. Took out graphic card. No warranty sticker on screws.... look at GPU/heatsink interface..... looks ok leh (thinking to myself).... think, think, think..... think, think, think..... decided to be a good boy and not touch the screws......

GC back in my rig. Gonna play some starcraft!!!

Ler, in MSI afterburner, you can define your own fan speed la. Even better, you can set many points when you define your temperature/speed. Like the picture below (just an example):



I set 2 points, 50% until 50'c, then linearly increase to 100% at 70'c. In OCCT, I'm getting 4'c lower at 76'c instead of 80'c!!!!

Gigabyte twin fan also very silent, not like vacuum cleaner!

Nice temp there. Try the OCCT GPU stress test. Interested to see the temp in OCCT.

but core clock already reduce at 830mhz coz 850 mhz got artifact when stress with occt
at furmark fanspeed about 50% and at occt about 80%

occt gpu test max 70c at 15 minutes stress.

So, no errors in OCCT at 830mhz for 15 mins? If so, you have a good card! Mine can only go 785mhz......

sell ur giga and get msi cyclone
yup no error at 830mhz at 15 minutes..

Also probably the cooling on Gigabyte is not as good as MSI or ASUS. Imagine 81'c on OCCT!!
