I have some questions to ask...

1) I've subscribed for this deal for about 2 months, 4mbps + Rm140 a month. However, the bill did not come with the offer "free calls to tm fixed nationwide" where I'm still charged when calling back home.

2)Next, I've called Tmnet to clarify, the person picking up the phone said I'm not using BB deal but somewhat it's another deal called "Uni something"
Thus it's not supplied with the dect phone, free local calls and cost RM130 per month. I was wtf? Got such deal one meh?

So now what? I paid RM140 for bbdeal that does not come with the stated deal? Or are streamyx staffs just beating around the bush by giving me lame excuse?

Are you sure you filled in the correct form when you subscribe? I myself subscribe to Blockbuster Deals. The form is quite large. If so, you should report to MCMC for them to take action.

They tried to trick my family members too who tried to go and claim the cordless phone.After 4 months of subscription still haven't received it yet.

Worst they tried to con my parents by giving them a acknowledgement of receipt form for the cordless phone which we have yet to receive until today asking them to sign!

Can you believe that?
This is the second time they tried to con my parents taking them for fools.
The first time they went and gave a change of talk plan which is supposed to be free for the BB Plan!
Now they tried to act stupid and gave a "surat akuan penerimaan telefon DECT" and ask us to sign even before receiving the phone.

What kind of failed company is this?

Added on September 4, 2010, 1:41 pmBe very careful not to make any calls on the first month of activation as all your calls will be charged based on standard plan.Only when the 2nd month all your national fixed line calls will become unlimited!
This is how TM cheats you.Imagine a few thousand people fall for it.

TM knows this trick? They can't control it? FYI, I did subscribe to BB deal, but then, they free DECT was delivered POS Laju without failure.

I think it was the best thing they can do. Which area or place they tried to con your family members?

Yeap, 2nd bill cycle month for unlimited fixed line call, it is clearly stated in the FAQ.

No netbook, nothing.. No free dect phone, called once to TM for inquiry and dismissed by staff for having another package instead,
Going to call them again for clarification, however I hate how all their staff are always busy whenever I call

Better not just sit down.Find the time to pay them a good visit and insist that you get them. Go there personally and ask because if other family members they might give stupid excuses everytime hoping you give up.

Calling won't get anything done. I've called but they forward me to visit a nearest TM Point to request for the phone. Ping pong la. Dumb staffs.

So many subscribers can't even open a TM Point here.

The 2nd bill cycle was never stated in the FAQ when I subscribed the BB Deal. They only mentioned it in small print under the terms and conditions in their application form and the clauses were very vague.

Demand netbook if they "prove" you applied for CoolUniPack and also demand the "correct" charge of RM88 for 4mbps.
Forget the unlimited calls.
What they register you for is way better.
