cannot change sms/call ringtone to mp3 ??im using iphone 4

why do i need to copy all apps to itunes ? ..
for example my bro iphone.my apps he doesn't want,must sync to his iphone too.except if untick but there are quite a lot. and 1 more thing.i think this is bcause i sync with itunes on same pc my bro hve made his itunes acc .but after sync with itunes.now my bro need my password(my itunes acc) if he want to go to app store ..how to change to normal back also,i hve deleted some apps,how to know which app is being deleted bcause i dun dlete it for purposely,it's a mistake |

Problem3 If the app is still in your iphone, then u can just re transfer it to ur laptop. u cant delete the app in ur laptop. if an app exists on ur iphone, but is already deleted in ur laptop, then itunes will ask whether u wanna transfer/remove it from ur device. how to recover r deleted apps? if u deleted it to ur recycle bin then u can simply restore them. if the app is still in ur phone u can re transfer them. or ur last choice is to redownload it  i hope these clears some of ur queries. prob 2.ok so everytime he want to go to appstore,it ask for login acc itunes,and u said "ask him to re-download that app with his account." how to do this,evrytime he open appstore ,it ask for my password only,there no changing username if im not mistaken . prob 3.ok so now how should i get rid of this msj "transfer/remove it from ur device" i always get this remove msj eventhough i already transfer it to my laptop ..and i press removes for the 1st time.it delete some of my apps ,and i think its permanent dlete,not to recycle bin. this problem 3 happen after i dleted all apps in the laptop library,i thought it would be ok bcause there are a lot of apps which are quite annoying too me.
