bro i dont know its true or it has anything to do with it but before i update my carrier settings in my room i can only get 1 bar and if im lucky only 2 bars with my iphone 4.
its close to none also if i put it waaay at the corner of the room.
after update now i could receive like 3 bars already in my room  rclxms.gif

is this due to the upgrade or what??  rclxub.gif

i just installed the update on my phone, 10 minutes ago.. still have 5 bars.. dont think its an issue.. are u in a crappy coverage area? try to make a call or sumthing..

i remember apple talking about this earlier.. saying that the new units didnt actually show a realistic representation of the network coverage.. (this was when the death grip became popular).. maybe it is ... maybe it aint..

my phone seems to be working the same as before.. no changes with the network strength..

good to know mate.. so stringfellow is right.. nothing to worry about.. just a bit more accurate representation of coverage.

can i activate ip4 and use the apps without any sim in it??
*
You probably cant, as far as I know.. once it's unlocked, just use any sim.. its not that hard to get.. why would you want to use it without a sim anyway?

hello everyone, sorry if im in the wrong topic,im newbie here. and really need your help to teach me how to delete account i tunes, etc. im going to sell my iphone 3g this weekend, but i dont know how to:
1) delete my itunes account.
2) clear everything, phone number, messages, close an email account in iphone, clear everything means its totally new, but at the same time, all the application have not deleted. means i hope that if i use in the setting > general > reset> erase all content and setting, is it gonna delete all my application?
plz ...  sad.gif

yep, it should reset the phone to factory settings..

factory settings = the condition your phone was in when it left the factory, hence no apps, no email accounts, no itune accounts, nada.. icon_rolleyes.gif

Is it me or an iOS 4.1 bug ?
If I play a movie (from iPod) when the phone is already tilted horizontally, the video will not tilt along
I have to tilt my phone verticAlly then back to horizontally only the video tilts horizontally

It's not just you.. Happens to me too, every now and then.. The Gyro isn't exactly perfect yet..

is there anyway to make the default camera folder in iphone 4 automatically sync photo taken from phone to pc folder?
*
If I understand you correctly, anytime you plug in your phone (on a mac) iPhoto should boot up and automatically sync or request to sync pictures taken by your phone. Not sure how it works on Windows systems, but it should be relatively similar.

Hope this helps

Dont be a noob and shouting like a man just escaped from fire. I was trying to help you by providing you a download link to life simpler for someone who are just damm lazy to google. Did I ask you to download? I stated clearly can be download @ that link. Now dont push everything to me as you are too computer illiterate till not owning a software called anti virus exist.

Points to defending myself:
1) Assuming this bugger to use Windows, thats why I provide a Windows link instead of Mac OS's link
2) I'm using Mac, unable to test (This was my mistake I admit but an innocent one tongue.gif )
3) I got the link from a reputable source.
4) Was trying to help that bugger in the end got a PM saying that "you are F****** B*tc*

Death of an Innocent

Couldn't agree more, that was uncalled for and unnecessary, the virus in itself is your own problem, since it came from a reliable source.. You could have at least been a bit more civil.. Capslocks doesn't make your argument more profound..

Rotation Screen is locked.. Try changing the settings from the Settings menu..

You shouldn't be overly worried about this.. Nothings going to happen to the phone..

When u flip the phone, does it keep switching orientation? from landscape to potrait, and so on??

I would like to know that, if JB your iphone the warranty would void kan? What if I update a jailbroken iPhone with newer version of iOS and of course, the iphone will be UN-jailbroken right? So will this UN-void the warranty?

I think this question is related to warranty right?
*
So long as you do a complete restore of the phone (before) sending it off to claim warranty, you're good.. Jailbreaking is alright now (even earlier) and wouldn't void your warranty, if you simply restored the phone.. (It's back in factory settings)
