Hey guys, what conventions or rules do you use when grouping apps together? I'm always having trouble deciding how to group my games, and sometimes even the apps. I feel like just ungrouping everything, but that would probably mean super alot of pages!

Can you register for a US iTunes account and pay using your credit card VIA PAYPAL? Meaning, I attach my credit card to the Paypal account, and then in iTunes, I choose Paypal as the payment method.
