QUOTE(yezhacolic @ Oct 3 2010, 09:04 PM) Nope, just another way to restore your iPhone OS rather than waiting 3 hours to download the firmware thru iTunes first then only restore. Oh no, i still did it via i tune, download till 500M, it becomes processing instead of download. Then suddenly, it disconnected from my I phone. Now i got to redo it again? Another 2 hours? |

QUOTE(yezhacolic @ Oct 3 2010, 10:47 PM) 1) Download the firmware in the tread provided above, 2) Put your iPhone into DFU mode refer to http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=36638655 3) Your iPhone will prompt out "recovery mode, please restore blah blah blah blah", click ok, 4) holding alt and left click to the button "restore" and select the firmware you downloaded from step (1). I think this guide is clear enough, follow these few steps and you will be fine. Also please make sure you upgraded your iTunes to latest v ones. QUOTE(gen_tiger @ Oct 4 2010, 12:15 AM) I have a more simple method Thx for reply to both of you. 1. Download the ipsw file, refer from this site (http://www.ismashphone.com/2010/09/ios41-d...load-links.html) for the links 2. In your iTunes's iPhone page, press the left shift button + click on the "Restore" Button. A file selection screen pop-up will appear. 3. Select the .ipsw file that you download and wait for it to finish Check check these 2 method out tonight. Hope everything goes fine. QUOTE(iv'N @ Oct 4 2010, 01:02 AM) what i'm trying to say/ask is, will telco will charge as a normal call when using facetime. Confirm it wouldn't charge.i really doubt so.. but just wanting confirmation |
