Did u ACTUALLY go to Setting>General>NetworkEnable 3G>Off ? Cuz i think thats how u off the 3G... if 3G still on, u can see at the Signal there got "3G" this word. If off, den got "E"anyone can sharing their iphone 4 battery consumption?
