Do this test, turn off wifi, turn off 3G and start looking to a youtube video or surfing in safari and at the same time try to call your iphone... the calls go directly to VM. now allow 3g or wifi and watch a youtube video or use safari, the phone rings!. Even when you are in edge and you close let say safari or youtube, it takes like 5 min to the phone to start receiving calls. Since edge cannot be turn off my best solution is to turn off push notices, push mail, and check manually the email. maybe this is the solution. maybe.. will check this out..
