On a more serious note. I had the same issue. Called maxis and restarted my iphone. voila.

The problem here seems to be that after upgrading to iOS 4, the MMS service settings are erased. There are a couple of ways to fix this issue.

Reset Network Settings. Go to Settings > General > [scroll down] Reset > Rest Network Settings

Reset All Settings. Go to Settings > General > [scroll down] Reset > Rest All Settings

Check if MMS is turned on in Settings > Messages

Restore your iPhone using iTunes, and set it up as a new iPhone instead of restoring the back up.

Check if you have new carrier settings available. Go to Settings > General > About to check.

Find the MMS settings for your Carrier on Google, and set them up in Settings > General > Network > Cellular Data Network > MMS

These fixes should help you get going again with MMS.

Under IOS 4, Cellular Data Network only have ON n OFF and unlike 3G/3GS days where we can inputs the MMS settings etc.

For MMS, check under Settings/Messages and make sure your MMS Messaging is ON.

As long you have the latest telco carrier settings which you updated from iTunes, you should be able to send n receive MMS.

If the above does not work, follow omnimech instructions.

Bro on options you gave after on the cellular data..there nothing there..the mms option is at the messages..what are you actually trying to say..how to find your carrier network on google...nowadays the setting automactically install on the iPhone..

Is this a NEW plan? If it is, then i think your mms isnt activated yet. To do so u must send an mms to your own number first. After that one is successful, then u may send out to other numbers. Give it a try.

But, if this is not a new plan, ie. u have been using the number before already and mms worked when u were using other phone, then i'm not sure

aaa... thought so.
very simple.. create a new message, attach an image, and send it to yourself! that's all!
after u receive ur own mms, then u can start sending mms to other numbers.

wow ur phone still with the ori plastic....don wanna change to sp?....initially i dun wanna remove the original plastic too! bcos it fully protect the phone ( although it comes with a lil bit of light scratches but thn the maxis worker open it half when activating my phone and the dust all go in  )...thn i 4got bout can use cellophane tape and get the dust out, go to some small stall to install some chepo sp.... now, there are 1 dust inside in the middle part (the white lil flying dust which shine when u are on white screen) and the edge doesn't stick up well..... zzzzzzz real frustrate for the imperfect... so do u face any sound problem with the plastic on?

yeah mine also like this..... with plastic on it, thn when u flash.... gt the blueish screen....

Added on October 8, 2010, 1:32 ameheh..just a silly question here...will dust enter to the inner part of ip4 screen thru speaker and mic? cos my nokia phone gt few dots of dust at in inner part of screen that enter thru speaker i guess...

if u've done the above, im sorry i cant offer any other solution. bring it over to maxis center that u bought the iphone.. get them to do it for u (cross ur finger on this)

all 4 are on waiting? meaning ur downloading FOUR apps at a time la, correct?
im pretty sure there must be something downloading & installing.. try dig into each folder.. the only other time the 'waiting' message appears is when they request for itunes password..

OR..
probably, my guess is, the internet is down/damn slow at the moment?

OR..
it happened to me once, that the app was downloading, but took forever to finish.. it never finished.. it hanged.. BUT, when i reboot the phone, the app is there, already installed.. u may try this later perhaps..
