need help if i click restore in itune would it restore the os also? or only restore apps,contact etc?

BTW if plug in my frend iphone on my itune and click restore what would happen?

How to claimed waranty from local telco? what they required?they need owner to come or can sent on behalf?

My iphone got a line of white light(doesnt look like dead pixel) it only appear on the apple loading black screen when i restart or on the phone after enter home screen or lock screen it will disappear

anyone knows what is that and cause by what?

unresponsive home button it need to press a bit harder can i claimed warranty at Maxis , its iphone 3gs
