how to upgrade/restore 3.1.2 to 4.0.1? can it be done? 3GS model here

Hi , was on 4.0.2 when bought that time.. upgraded to 4.1 , i think this tips might help u little , coz i had the experience like you before 2 days ago , after i found out that quit all the multitask app on the background when u idle could help u improve the battery life longer . to quit the app simply double press the home button , then u see a list of icon at the bottom , then press 1 of the icon longer and click the "-" to quit it.. hope its help

double pressing home button is for multitasking fast switching , different from force quit of course

normally what i do is , when i'm not using to surf net ,i'll off my 3G , only use edge , for receiving whatsapp or other notification , so it could help a lot to prevent battery dries up quick.
