got problem syncing my iphone. just got the ip4 yesterday. i tried to syncing my iphone to pc. so here's what i did. first, download itune software from website, and install it. then add musics to its library. then i connected my iphone (while it's on) to my pc. It asked for my phone name, showed serial number and showed my iphone os as 4.0.2. And so i wanted to sync music. But it says "Itunes cannot read the content of my iphone. Please go to summary to restore to factory setting". Is there any step i missed? thx
