I think this is one of the worst developer.

My friend bought a unit there and I went with him last Sunday to check the defect.

They juz hand over the unit to my friend without complete the plaster ceiling, wiring, floor tiles.

My friend went and argue with developer on how they can hand over without complete work. Guess what they said?

" We will complete the work together with your defect complaint!"

Gosh.... I think they juz trying to handover so that they can avoid the LAD claim.

I totally cannot agreed on what you said "they have reason on why they did not complete certain things... "


Incomplete is incomplete, not matter what reason/s they have, and it is fraud to hand over the incomplete property to buyer and consider the property is completed.
