Located at the fringe of rapidly growing Cyberjaya, houses in Nusaputra (a G&G community) are affordably priced in the region of RM200/sf. Compare this to other neighbouring developments in Cyberjaya (e.g. Symphony Hills) which are going for RM400/sf.

Nusaputra is only 4km from MMU and MEX highway via the newly completed cloverleaf interchange (see map below - circled in red). The new interchange is a boon for Nusaputra in terms of accessibility as well as potential growth in property value.

The last 500m stretch has been tarred in July 2010...the interchange is not officially open but already in use.

UNIFI fibre-optic service is already available at Nusaputra...and of course normal telephone too

DID YOU KNOW?

As per the MSC masterplan, CYBERJAYA comprises of 2 main zones:
1) FLAGSHIP ZONE
2) SATELLITE ZONE

The SATELLITE ZONE comprises of:
1) Selangor Cyber Valley,
2) Bandar Nusaputra,
3) Pulau Meranti/Sierra,
4) Putra Perdana/Amanputra, and
5) North Dengkil.

And reckon it is a matter of timing before the municipality (MPSp) reclassifies the satellite zone as Cyberjaya.
