NEED HELP TO DECIDE ON WHICH MACRO LEN TO BUY

1. NIKON 85mm F/3.5G ED AF-S DX MICRO or

2. TAMRON SP AF90mm F/2.8 Di MACRO AUTO FORCUS


Still very new to photography and all advise from you experts are most welcomed and appreciated.

Guys , one quick question. Any of you faced an issue whereby the time it takes for you to take a shot (AFTER FOCUSING)when using a Flash and it has a huge delay ?

I'm using a D90 Body with the 18-105kit lens with a Metz AF-48 flash mount.

On top of that , i noticed that whenever it attempts to take a shot, the flash will like fire a few times first prior to taking the actual Shot....=/ Please advise fellow D90'ians..

Wow.....didn't know the red eye function disturbs the flash. Thanks a lot!

I noticed my D90 Picture output , seems to be a bit weird, let me post a few samples for you guys to view and i hope you can tell me what you think of it.

To me its

1) Purplish Colour
2) Dull ?

Is it a problem with my settings?Or is it a problem with the Camera???

FYI all pictures posted are unedited (only added the watermark)

Hmm I'm shooting the pictures under Vivid Picture Control and my White Balance was set at Auto....Could it really be because of the WB? Does the ISO play a part in this issue?

Hmmmmm.... guys i'm trying to get my D90 to work on commander mode and set my Metz-48AF set to Slave mode. But however it doesn't seem to work...is there something that i'm probably missing out?

Yeap both body & flash has been set to the same channel & Group. But still when i use my built in flash of my D90 to attempt to trigger off the Metz 48AF , nothing seems to happen on the Metz Side


hmmm and i've even updated the Firmware as i've read that i should.
