I got this underexposed problems with my SB600 lately, I'll try my best to explain it below: My settings: On body: Aperture mode, F2.8 & EV compensation 0 On flash: TTL mode, FEV 0 & AF-ILL No matter what I change such ISO & aperture, my EV indicator still shows towards negative. This give me underexposed photos everytime I used the flashgun. Never happened before this, please need some advice and help here, thank you. QUOTE(KTCY @ Sep 13 2010, 02:21 PM) It's still quite popular if you refer to bridal house photo. The photo I took actually was sharp enough but the dreamy effect I tried tend to bring out more feel for this photo. Personally feel so tho shooting at F1.6 is pretty shallow..how you make both the subjects in focus? where do you focus? care to share? My client was happy with this tho |

QUOTE(celciuz @ Sep 15 2010, 11:13 AM) Yikes, 100ISO as base? but for canon camera, their ISO is based at 100... =) hehe...i think its a good change...since ISO200 might be a lil too much for bright conditions...and with a max shutter speed of 1/4000 i guess nikon got it right this time... |

QUOTE(fabianz03 @ Sep 15 2010, 02:32 PM) lol man....yea..you're right...drop drop drop...sad case...haha..well this is tech stuff...better to invest in lens than a new body...unless your current body cant serve your needs...QUOTE(Arawin92 @ Sep 15 2010, 02:34 PM) Guys need some urgent advice...Im getting my camera in 3 or 4 days time n bit under budget.Considerind 50d kit(18-55) or d90 kit(18-105).i read all the pro and cons for the past few weeks dy nw i cant decide on wich one,so i need to knw wat majority ppl would select. Both the 50d and d90 kit are same price.I love the d7000 but if its above 4k for kit lens i wont go for that.what do you guys think? well its entirely up to you actually...50D is a good buy with magnesium body and weather sealing..its quite a bargain...but d90 is pretty good as well with HD video recording (which no1 really uses as it does not support external mic input)..but ultimately, whether you go to nikon or canon will depends on how you wanna proceed..whether you prefer the colours produced by canon and nikon and the accessories (lens, flash) that each of the camera manufacturer produces...for me, i would go for the 50D mainly cause canon has a wider selection of lenses...but what got me to purchase the d90 was mainly the colours it produces.. =) hope this helps... |

[/quote] well, just go with what you feel is right, deep down we both roughly know that you're leaning towards the d90, just grab it as its still an awesome camera... =) there is not much input from us..hehe... |

QUOTE(KTCY @ Sep 15 2010, 03:14 PM) Yes. I heard that too. Is way better than D90 but not yet reach D300s level. yea man..i am also thinking of that..but sb-700 aint that powerful compared to sb-800...the recharging cycle is 2.5 sec...i guess it is as powerful as sb-600 or slightly more powerful only... Oh well, it might in between No. I doubt so. Thinking to throw my SB-800 for SB-700 |

QUOTE(celciuz @ Sep 17 2010, 08:39 AM) True, if the D7000 is priced about RM3.5k, Nikon don't need to drop the price of D90 anyways. D7000 > D90, but price wise also big gap so consumers need to decide. lol...if the price gap is wide, prefer to get the d7000 simply for the more rugged built...the iso performance dun seem to be as good as i hoped it to be...hmmm... |
