Unfortunately, some people still point blank their external flash to the subject, and did it like the built-in flash. Which defeats the purpose of buying the external flash. tongue.gif

Or any valid reason to do so? (point blank the flash?)
*
what wrongs by point blank the flash? unsure.gif

Taking group and family portraits?

Umbrella reflectors and suitable backdrops/backgrounds maybe?

Not sure if a decent prime/ wide angle is good enough.
*
no need primes or wide angle de.. i never see a photo studio shoots passport or portrait shots with those laugh.gif

can use for Sony la..but what you see from the OVF..is not what you get in your pictures..

let's say u r focusing a cup..

in your OVF..the cup is the centre of the frame..but if you use crop lenses and shoot on FF body..the cup will appear either above or lower.... so very tricky to use crop lenses on FF body..

dunno nikon will like that or not..
*
nikon will using only the center of the sensor..still wysiwyg la..just..smaller pic. or other word..zoomed photo biggrin.gif

Never got the chance to hold a D7000 yet sad.gif, but I reckon the D7000 would have better grip instead... the grip is rubberized like the d300 and above right? The D90 is just the back got rubber, the rest all plastic.
*
rubber also not good.. later tercabut.... laugh.gif

The girl's picture looks purple-ish tinted.
Tercabut then replace a new one from Nikon Centre or somewhere else lo. Rubber sure will wear-and-tear one, cant be helped. Most importantly, when you are using it daily, you feel good holding it. tongue.gif

But surprisingly, my D300 one still look as good as new wor whistling.gif
*
urs look as good as new maybe u r not shooting like hell every week.. huhu

or perhaps my copy like shit? hahah

anyway, if go nikon, and replace for free, every month wanna change laa laugh.gif
