Hi Guys,

I have a question here. I am new to this Nikon D90 and I have some general questions, hope you guys can answer me.. I am using D90 18-105 lens.

1. Regarding the auto focus, when i set both body and lens to auto-focus mode, am I allowed to turn/disturb the lens' focus ring?

2. When both body and lens under auto focus mode... why the focus ring doesnt move? (My friend's canon lens, the focus ring does move automatically)

3. What is the difference between the body auto focus and the lens auto focus?

4. I feel that when i put both the auto-focus or manual focus, the focus ring still at the same position, slightly tight. However, when i use my fren's canon camera. The focus ring is very tight at auto focus but loose at manual focus.

I am bit confused with nikon technology.

Hope you guys could advise me.
