Nope.. I'm looking for people to work on this together with me.. Planning to sort out the few problems on Meego bugs.. My cousin is in Intel therefore maybe we can contribute.. QUOTE(Andy214 @ Sep 17 2010, 05:54 PM) Don't understand what you mean? You're asking if anyone interested. Are you having a development class for people who is interested? Added on September 17, 2010, 4:55 pm+1, priceless!

QUOTE(ShrugsLova @ Sep 17 2010, 06:17 PM) i merely passed my C programming i only know how to use, develops wise..still far from wht i know I actually know nuts about C programme... Like seriously nothing at all.. But one thing good is that we can take a look on the source code, google, do lots of reading, and modify the source code.. Guys, what you think? Planning to get my n900 as soon as possible. Maybe for my birthday.. Then i can really work on Meego for a month or so

Ok for your guys question.. I just got an idea.. We do lots of reading in the Meego forums and i will ask my cousin for help as he is working in Intel.. Then we will search the part where the bug is coming from, edit the code here and there.. rebuild the image and test it out.. Do all this over and over again.. haha.. boring it may sound but for the love of developing ^^

QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Sep 17 2010, 06:48 PM) for me i not really a pro in linux as well but like u said we have the internet and the community like this to expand our knowledge together then we keep discovering more. We have a few rangers in our nokia N900 thread who knows we can arrange a Nokia gathering with all the models for ppl to demo like N97, E5, N8 , N900 , 5800 and etc etc. For coding thats already beyond alot of our level here I really wanna try out this ranger thingy.. aspire2006 could you please contact me when you have all this opportunities?

QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Sep 17 2010, 07:05 PM) i am not talking about ranger thing i was talking about we create our own gathering and a few of us can bring their own phones for everyone to demo and also share their knowledge in respective models they are familiar with Oooo that would be great.. Nice idea aspire2006... Anyone from Penang?.. Haha.. Maybe even some of these forumers are my friends which i might know..

I was wondering is there any app in n900 that works like how winterboard works in iPhone.. Get what I mean?? Is like opening a new development path for the n900.. Correct me if I'm wrong but so far I haven't seen any n900 with modded display untie menu list

QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Sep 17 2010, 10:58 PM) Maxis Hotlink @ 3.5G network It is best not to test using local server.. Try selecting other server like the US or UK.. Get what i mean?? Means that click on stars in the US.. Then you will know the real speed.. Testing using local server gets you the best result which is cheating sometimes.. lol

QUOTE(ccgenius @ Sep 20 2010, 04:22 PM) i think i will go for desire hd, hope the plans is good too.. Added on September 20, 2010, 3:23 pmi think the plan is ok. rm100 1gb data, the call time is sufficient enough for me, just have to pay extras for more smses. Added on September 20, 2010, 3:25 pmbtw, a queston here, under maxis plan, eg: the iphone4 plan, can we subscribe for value extras? if not, the sms rate at rm0.10/sms too expensive o.o under value extras 10, only rm0.01/sms. But the data plan is really only useful for corporate users who desperately need their emails on the go.. teenage users like us, sucks big time

QUOTE(Eiraku @ Sep 25 2010, 07:17 PM) @alien: Actually that's not a bad choice really, I can Joikuspot from the E71 for data, and to get myself an entire apple to feel the appstore, is just nuts. I got over excited when someone told me "get a contract IP4 and you can ask for another contract free". Lol. Is the touch 4 released yet over here though? And can they be JBed? Yeah.. so far all iOS4 versions can be JBed
