just open MicroB, type file:///
you will be able to access your phone directory, there's even an option for you to enable/disable hidden files.
To add shortcut, once you've typed "file:///", go to the directory of the specific file you would like to have a shortcut, for example: an excel saved under: file///home/user/MyDocs/Document/abc.xls, get this link/directory in your MicroB url and hit the '+' sign on the bottom left (to bookmark), you will have options to add to bookmark or add shortcut to your desktop, if you're only adding a folder shortcut, you could use the "add shortcut to your desktop" straight, if you want to add a file shortcut, then you need to bookmark the directory first, then edit the url in bookmark, then only add it to desktop.
Hope it make sense
so far downside found:
1. there will be a microb open everytime you launch it...
2. doesn't work for excel with .xlsx file extension
