Congrats!

With Surf and Waterfall (found it after some surfing), I managed to get myself right in front of the legendary Cobalion! Does it has a shiny check because I'm resetting for decent IVs, might want that shiny as an extra bonus.

A foreign pokemon means it's from another region, another country. A foreign Ditto has a slightly higher chance of having a shiny offspring.
