using insulfex for wheel arch (plactic cover) and stp bitumen for fender (add few only around >25%.. do not waste to put more)

result...
feel tyre noise reduce slightly.... need to try at highway to see any improvement..
but testing at my area with rough tar road... feel better than before..
even test with yellow line.. the 'thud' sound heard quite far compare before (still can't beat perdana 1st model..  )

found something interesting bout our persona which how they can get better nvh.. notice below car and wheel arch already paint with tar resulting quiet ride... im wasting money to buy 2 cans  3m undercoatin...

Does anyone  ever encounter problem of switching off radio even after ignition is switched off?  If so, how do you solve tihs problem?

Just back from puchong service center , their service I can say normal . car handed over at 8:40am , received back at 11:30pm+ . Did 1k and complain about the door lock and the orifice valve thingy . All fix but the , orifice valve they did not install for me even I gave them a online image that I gotten from our forum with the part number . they just tighten undercartiage.

remember mine from many many manyyyyyyyyyy pages ago??? had orifice fitted.... BUT still do have that sound but soo much lesser. i still occassionaly hear it especially going down or up / to the left a ribbed road ramp.

i ask Serdang SC not to pour all the oil.. they didn't pour all...but i forgot to take back...next must take back

i using Shell HX7 10 -40W...so far so good

i got test on dengkil to LCCT highway 160km/h easy can reach, when reach some corner in 120km/h i feel the tyre and the suspension is out of my range, not good enough, still feel the car like swing around, planning to change that later on

Want to ask if anybody has installed ACP in their car?
I want to move the torque powerband to the low end revs (1500-3000rpm). Which I guess is more suitable for a car that i will be using for 80% city drive.. Anybody knows how many degrees of advancing i shd adjust to optimize the torque?

Day 1: The car alignment is a bit off to the left..same goes with the steering wheel.
Day 2: There was this klunk klunk sound when i make u turn or hard corner.
          Door lock for front passenger failed to work properly.

went to SC just now and they added the orifice valve to rectify the klunk klunk sound and managed to get him to repair the door lock before i go back to work (i visit them during lunch time)

the mechanic promised to rectify alignment problem together with my 1st service later this week.

so far, fuel consumption is ok i would say. Around 7.6L/100km using Shell RON97. (Full tank approx: RM80).

Desa Tun Razak will do for you coz branch service centre will keep stock the orifice valve...
& the famous tak tak sound from rear drum break...

Meter calculation. Btw mine is with manual transmission. Will calculate manually after the first service

And the door lock failed to function AGAIN.
I wish there is a list of persona problems posted here.  I might miss some other things...  (p1 should gimme more rebates for the QC job i did with my 2day old persona)

2. ICM relay "EEEE" sound when switch on power ( i already complain to them, it says all persona car is like that is normal)
3. Center of the air con ven got "Seeeeeee" sound ( SC said even they change the sound will coming back again, better dun change)
4. When stop and release handbrake, "klok" sound happen (this is happen because the brake spring cannot release, it happen to my previous car)
