if i am not mistaken, it's price at RM500++ per sq.ft.

prima duta high density with 4 blocks. btw, dun think prima duta can get bank loan 90% for RM400k... valuation only RM360K for 1500sq.ft.

in term ease of exiting from condo to jalan dutamas raya during morning rush hour, those exiting from villa makmur would be easier as residents only need turn left to get into the road while changkat view, prima duta and duta ria, residents have to turn right while exiting their residence.


developer bankrupt not an issue provided if strata title already issued.


if you saw mesra terrace then only villa makmur, meaning you were coming from french international school...

i was informed this issue can only resolve in JMB meeting only.

management requested resident to fill up complaint form so they could tackle the issue

please notify management which part is lack of lighting (i.e. car park, public toilets, etc)

upgrade is already in planning... not sure when it would be implement.

strata title would be issue next year around June 2012

Developer already resolved the CF issue with DBKL....!

Price would be increased by 10% by 2013....!
