Heard there are still a number of developer units. Any one has the contact for villa makmur sales office? Not able to search from the net. Thanks.

This was what told by the agents claimed to represent the developer. I assume still unsold units cos all the agents advertising the same price. But can't confirm, that's why would like to check with developer but couldn't get their number. doh.gif

swimming pool not maintained properly---> saw cigaratte butt in the pool+lights not on even before 10pm.
security not tight enough---> lift, swimming pool,gym no access control.
visitor parking-----> park by same car everynight but the mgmt still allow, daytime park by staff so visitor have to park outside

Yes there was CF. But temporary one.

IMHO, menara duta 1 feel more family living there while changkat high density near highway.

for display purpose. so cant blame them for not having CCTV
6) There is no visitor gate for residents who park their vehicles outside out the condo. Residents should be provided resident card for security checking when exiting and entering the condo. At the moment, residents just enter and there is no checking from the security guard.
maybe they think their security guard can memorize every resident since "low density" ma
7) No shelter installed at the card detection sensor when entering main entrance. During rainy days, it is inconvenient for resident to access using the card.
no need worry, when rain the gate will auto open for you
8) Car park area for residents require repaint which display their car park unit number. Insufficient lighting at car park area as well.
save cost. Try going out in the morning around 5am to see their lightining (advise you to bring along your torch light)
9) Whenever there is rain, water will splash inside the corridor and walkway in each floor as window panel was not installed.

10) No strata title issued yet and under master title. There is no AGM for owner to voice their issues. Everything still managed by developer. No transparency of actions being carried out and status of account.

Why are they owing DBKL money? And you waited for 5 months? projectowlchemy managed to buy earlier this year but you cant? hmm.gif
