Depends,the sides must be balanced with the others parts la,got one time I cut the top short but leave the sides long,look stupid man blush.gif

i c a lot of college students having J.bieber's hairstyle. i thk ppl, better leave justin alone la. tat hairstyle is messy n looked v disguisting wif dark-skinned malaysian. i personally prefer some man, neat n tidy hairstyle (like da 1 models hairstyle during catwalking). tat match u wif any clothes n style u wan. =) btw i had Taeyang alike hairstyle during my college time. ha

its not exactly JB hairstyle, most chinese artist and singers also have that kind of hairstyle, with fringe covering the forehead.. JB one is more like a weird mushroom hat..
