QUOTE(^mtv^ @ Mar 4 2011, 12:28 AM) If Dorian was already infected before you brought him home, which is most likely the case here, then rightfully the breeder should be responsible for his vet bills.. And that he shouldnt sell you the pup/let u take him home if he is not in perfect health.. Im starting to doubt this breeder now, though i dont know who he/she is, after what had happened to Dorian and also what had happened to Messi previously.. It seems like his pups are no difference with a puppy from a puppy mill.. I know u r a nice person, but please dont let him get away with this! It would only be fair to you if he agrees to at least pay for half the bill.. If there's no verbal agreement btw d breeder n owner, can still claim? Well..if he is kind, he might pay u half d bill la..if not, wat can we do? It;s our responsibility to check n it;s our decision to bring the pup home. Usually warranty is on deadly diseases like parvo virus, not normal skin probs like this.yeowa, Messi used to have skin problems too when he was a puppy right? correct me if im wrong.. Yeah...i'm also beginning to have a negative image of this breeder. 1st is Messi, now Dorian. I think too many pups at his home dy - passing from one pup to another. A natural bald patch (fur pulled off deliberately) looks diff from a fungal-infested spot. A breeder (not new) like him shud know how to differentiate. |

He just taken bath with the medical shampoo, I might bring him to the vet again tomorrow.... Very sad, the fungal spreads until his hands already... dont be sad ler...after this, u'll be an experienced mummy dy...soon u can self-treat him at home. yeah, will spread...and the new grown fur (1 mth+ later) will be darker in colour. hmmm....how long is his fur now? |

it;s hernia..but i can oso find the spelling hermia online. So i thot it's d same.
Hmmm..how to explain ah.. For summer's condition is her mummy din bite off her umbilical cord properly so that area din heal the way it shud. If u put her in a standing position, u cant feel the 'lump'. Diff vets diff opinions. I have 2 vets from the same clinic that told me diff things. |

QUOTE(debbieyss @ Mar 10 2011, 11:32 AM) Maybe it's because you changed the kibbles to Artermis with the same portion as the initial kibbles, but Artermis contains more fat and protein that's why he grows bigger than the standard size it should be? but artemis shudnt be fed the same portion as other kibbles wat...it shud be in a lesser amount...artemis protein level is not considered high... |

QUOTE(debbieyss @ Mar 10 2011, 12:39 PM) the opposite actually...i dont dare to give comments on a particular brand. For me, i never fed anything above 30% for pups. Premium brands at its label will tell us not to feed in a large amount or the same as our previous brand coz like Artemis and Go!, they r very nutritious and w/o fillers. Furkids will get full in small amounts. For miloboy now who is on Fish4Dogs, he eats very little - like a 5-mth puppy's portion. |
