today against liverpool, its just natural reaction for flecther to follow meireles. i would had follow him too..lol.. and at that moment, i think most of the defenders will go in and challenge torres, but maybe not ended up giving away a penalty.
For 18m, Hargreaves should play more right? Why sitting aside most of the time?
I don't see people bashing Hargreaves. Heck, paid 18m for a measly appearance throughout the season?
Before you pointing out his injury, I could repost what Wan has mentioned in regards to Berba's injury midway last season. He played thru the injury. How is that not accounted, I don't even know?
Bro base on the pic, obviusly can see, even if Meireles is not there, the wall is not fully covered the goal, Gerrad can easily shot the ball pass left side of Flecther and goal far right, plus i think he also can shoot the left side goal ,this is more like a penalty, only more far and no straight shot option , anyway i am very happy with our win tonite weeeeee!!
nuts lol. only Beckham can achieve such free-kick. that kind of wall is good enough to try and protect the goal, more players covering the wall and Liverpool players won't be marked at all.
left side goal is achievable if Gerrard blasts it in, he picked right side because they trained the set-piece very well. to somehow manage Fletcher to divert away from the wall, that's football mentality for you.
Eventhough MU wins, I dont feel comfortable that they are still relying on several old horses to keep them going. Giggs, scholes and Van der Sar are way past their prime. Wat happen to the so called "groomed" players.
I dread when they play Barcelona again in the Champions league again.
way past their prime? in terms of age yes, but in terms of skill, hell no. they're still the best among the best.
Macheda is still young and his performance is still up and down. Same with Hernandez who just got here and probably will take a while before he can play like himself. Until they are at a stage where we can really trust them, there's no reason for us to let Owen go. At least not until the end of the season. After that Hernandez and Macheda would have likely become better players and hopefully can act as backup for Berba and Rooney.
I'd say Macheda in reserves has been shining bright, and I hope to see him start against whoever we're up against in the Carling Cup.
HOLY SHIT THAT SHOT WAS FULL OF POWER WTF. (referring to minute 1:09)
And all his crosses are full of power..
well..
This is bad.
He needs to learn to control his power, and most of all communicate with the others. Towards the end of the video, he chooses to dribble instead of setting a through ball to the person on the right.
