Philips not provide international warranty so if you have problem you should contact us directly.

If you are having problem with paypal please double check if you have multiple cards in your paypal account. Some cards maybe expired and you should remove it.

We only sell HID kits and Auto parts. Please help us to investigate this issue by sending me pictures of the original box as well as tracking code which is attached on the box.
I also need a receipt from customs.

I threw the jacket away but I have the receipt with me .
The sender's name and address was "cut off" and replaced by another person's name and address.

I did not receive a box at all. I only got the sweater wrapped in a plastic bag. You think I would keep such a thing after waiting for 3 weeks and was greeted by this ?

I have no reason to lie to you , I want the HID more than this complain.
Plus, The parcel only weigh 0.6KG as stated on the statement.

From the tracking code EE663612059CN i got from www.auspost.com.au, item was arrived in Australia in just 5 days and held for another 4 days in customs so definitely not 3 weeks.
I need a receipt from post office, the receipt have a tracking code with details so i can see. If it is not possible for you to upload, please send to my email. I'm still waiting.

Obviously I thought you were a scam after all these. So I would change my details to prevent anymore lost.

Theres no receipt from the post office, they even took the note that the deliver guy left for me .

All I have now is the parcel packaging with the sender/receiver details


This is the only prove I got now.

Look at the weight, 0.5KG , Doesnt even make sense right ?

Thanks for the pictures. Because it's 1am here and i cannot contact my shipping agent but i will and get this solve asap.

As you can see it is described as Auto Lights and you said inside the parcel was a t-shirt. I just don't get it how come it pass the customs when description is not match the item and why you sign the paper when you know it is not an HID kits especially it comes with tracking code on the paper that indicates from us.

By the way do you still have the shirt and original packing?

I have made a comparison between the parcel packaging with an A3 Paper and an iPad .

Philips HID KIT , Has the bulbs + Ballast boxes . Do you think that the tiny box will fit the 2 of them ?
